Lucozade need 10,000 people to experience Lucozade Revive for free. You need to complete an online survey and if you are selected as a trialist you will be notified upon completion of the survey. Trialists will be asked to submit their address details in order to receive the free sample.
It’s only possible to apply to be a tester between 3 and 4 pm Monday to Friday so make a note to come back to the Lucozade site between those times.
